It works at ambient temperature and the pH of the bath is between 8-10. If this pH is exceeded, the bath must be re-installed. The installation concentration is very low at 0.2-0.3%. Suitable for immersion zinc phosphating baths. The necessary condition for activation baths is air mixing, which must be introduced from the bottom of the bath. The titanium salts mixed with the air remain suspended in the bath, activating the metal surface and thus ensuring that the zinc phosphate crystals are fine. The metal entering the activation bath should be taken into the zinc phosphating bath without rinsing.
