ZINC ZP 5200 - Thin Zinc Phosphate Coating Before Painting

It is an easy-to-use one-component product for iron, steel and cast iron materials. It is generally preferred before powder coating and wet paint applications. It is used without accelerator. If used with activation, very high corrosion resistance and salt test results are obtained for the parts to be painted.
Provides good paint adhesion and high corrosion resistance for electrostatic powder coating and wet paint.
Products used in spray tri-cation zinc phosphate coating baths. Suitable for iron, steel, cast iron and galvanized materials. Especially used before cataphoresis paint. Preferred for works requiring high corrosion resistance. Coating weight is between 1.5 - 3.0 g/m2. Forms a fine crystalline, tight and homogeneous coating.
Used in immersion type tri-cation zinc phosphate coating baths. Suitable for iron, steel, cast and galvanized materials. Ideal for cataphoresis, wet paint and powder coating. Provides high corrosion resistance. Coating weight is between 1.5 - 3.0 g/m2. Forms a homogeneous coating with fine crystal structure.
It is suitable for spray lines that provide zinc phosphate coating with fine crystal structure and low coating weight for iron and steel materials. Provides high corrosion and rust resistance with strong paint retention on the surface before powder coating and wet painting. Low temperature operation is possible compared to other products. Coating weight is between 2.0 - 3.0 g/m2.

Method of Use:

It is a simple to use one-component product. It is used in two ways: spraying and dipping. Suitable for iron, steel and especially cast materials. Used in immersion zinc phosphate baths without accelerator. No activation bath is required with fine crystalline coating.
