Dipping type, thick crystalline heavy zinc phosphate coating products for iron, steel and cast iron parts. Coating weight ranges from 20 - 35 g/m2. The thick crystalline coating ensures adsorption of a high amount of protective oil on the surface and good corrosion protection is achieved for difficult environmental conditions.
