VIBRO YP is used for degreasing of various metal parts. With the help of stones used in vibration machines, deburring and polishing processes of parts such as zinc alloy, aluminum, brass, steel, copper, iron are performed. During this process, the part is degreased.
The parts to be processed in degreasing vibration machines are generally small parts. It is sufficient for the parts to be painted and electrostatic powder coated to be exposed to degreasing process. Acidic degreasing is produced by our company for better adhesion of the paint. Thus, the parts are degreased and the parts become shiny.
Method of Use:
It is used together with water in 2-10% concentrations in the chamber of vibration machines.
