It is used together with deburring and polishing stones in vibrator machines. Since it is an alkaline chemical, it does not cause corrosion on the material. With the help of surface active chemicals in its structure, it both degreases the material and performs deburring and polishing. At the end of the process, the surface of the metal will be covered with a film layer and the parts will become resistant to rust formation. It is suitable for iron, zinc alloy, brass, steel, yellow and copper, especially aluminum.
Method of Use:
It is used by adding 1% to 5% to the hopper of the vibration machine.
