It has a structure containing acid mixtures, emulsifiers, inhibitors and wetting agents. It can work at ambient temperature and its efficiency will increase in hot environment. Since it is acidic degreasing, it will remove the oil on the metal and at the same time clean the rusty metals. However, it will clean the rust on the metal by using it between degreasing and phosphate in iron phosphate and zinc phosphating baths. It should be used in concentrations of 10-40% depending on the rust and oil density. Appropriate for iron and steel materials.
Method of Use:
It is a chemical used to remove oil and impurities by dipping. It is applied at 3-5% concentration, at a temperature of 60 - 70 °C and for 5 - 8 minutes.
