It is a powder chemical used in ultrasonic degreasing baths in the metal industry. It is used to remove strong oils from iron, steel, copper,brass, aluminum and galvanized parts without blackening.
Ultrasonic cleaning is appropriate for cleaning a range of materials such as metals, glass, rubber, ceramics and some hard plastics. It is particularly useful for removing firmly adhered contaminants from complex parts with blind holes, cracks and grooves. Contaminants removed by ultrasonic cleaning usually consist of dust, dirt, oil, grease, pigments, flow agents, fingerprints and polishing compounds.
Method of Use:
The process is applied for 5 to 8 minutes between 5% and 10%, by dilution with water at 50 °C - 70 °C.
