Nano coatings are a new generation coating chemical used in spray lines. No sludge formation. It is preferred due to its low concentration and cold application. It can be used for iron, steel and galvanized surfaces in zirconium coating processes. It can be used with pure water and municipal water.
Method of Use:
It is installed with a ratio of 0.5 - 1%. In practice, this ratio corresponds to 5 - 10 kg of product for 1,000 liters of bath. Product addition is realized by adding the missing amount determined as a result of titration or spectrophotometric analysis.
