METALLIC CLEAN P114 - Hot Process Spray Iron

Spray Iron Phosphating method is the most widely used iron phosphating method today. The aim is to phosphate faster and more economically with the effect of pressure. The initial investment cost is more expensive than immersion iron phosphate lines. It is suitable for iron, steel and galvanized parts.
1. Spray Iron Phosphate Process Line

  • Degreasing (Alkaline)
  • Rinse
  • Iron Phosphate Coating
  • Rinse
  • Passivation (Chromium Free Passivation)
  • Drying

2. Spray Iron Phosphate Process Line

  • Iron Phosphate Coating + Neutral Degreasing
  • Rinse
  • Passivation (Chromium Free Passivation)
  • Drying


Method of Use:

Hot Process Spray Iron process time should be between 1.5 - 3.0 minutes. The drying temperature of phosphated parts should not exceed 120°C. 
Quality loss will occur as water loss will occur in the phosphate layer in the parts exceeding this temperature.
