Corrosion Inhibitor in Closed Circuit Heating and Cooling Systems

Polyamine based corrosion inhibitor for closed circuit heating and cooling systems. It can be safely used in systems containing carbon steel, copper and aluminum. Its polyamines form a protective film layer on the metal surface and prevent the metal surface from contact with dissolved oxygen. It brings the pH of the closed circuit to 7.5 - 8.5 where the aluminum corrosion rate is minimum. It disrupts the crystalline structure of lime-forming minerals in the water and makes them amorphous, preventing them from adhering to the metal surface.

Method of Use:                                    
It should be dosed to the outlet collector with a dosing pump. It should not be diluted.

Control values:
pH: 7,5 – 8,5
Polyamine: 0.5 - 2 ppm
Protective clothing, gloves, glasses and mask should be used during application.
