Produced for use in closed circuit heating systems, industrial cooling installations and heat transfer pumps. It prevents freezing of water in the system at very low temperatures by reducing the freezing degree of water. Thanks to the corrosion inhibitors it contains, it minimizes corrosion formation in the installations where it is used. Does not contain nitrites, amines, silicates, borates.
Method of Use
It is added to the available water in the system.
Adding 20% of the available amount of water protects the system up to - 6 °C.
Adding up to 30% of the available amount of water protects the system up to 14 °C
Adding of up to 40% of the available amount of water protects the system up to 23 °C
Adding of up to 50% of the available amount of water protects the system up to 35 °C
Adding of up to 60 % of the available amount of water protects the system up to 45 °C
Adding of up to 70 % of the available amount of water protects the system up to < - 50 °C
It is recommended to add a minimum of 30% of the installation volume for corrosion control.
If a different corrosion inhibitor is used in the system, the system should be drained and rinsed before adding. If no antifreeze or corrosion inhibitor has been used in the system before, it will be appropriate to drain and rinse the system before use.
It should not be dosed to the system in pure form. Firstly, 2/3 of the system should be filled with water, then it should be added and completed with water.
The water used for dilution should not contain more than 100 ppm chloride.
Protective clothing, gloves, glasses and mask should be used during application.
Control
Its concentration in the installation should be checked once a year. Its concentration should be checked when water is added to the installation.
