Corrosion Inhibitor for Steam Line – C

Amine based product designed as a corrosion inhibitor in steam lines. It protects the lines against carbonic acid and oxygen corrosion by increasing the pH value in the steam line. Provides extra protection by making a film layer on the walls of the steam line.

Method of Use:
It is dosed to the steam collector or condensate tank with a dosing pump. The dosage amount should be adjusted so that the condensate return water pH value is 8.3 - 9.  If the condensate return water pH value is lower than 8.3, the dosage amount should be increased. Dosing 125 grams per ton of water for the first use, then 50 – 100 grams per ton of water added to the system will provide the ideal pH value in your condensate line.
