It is a conditioning chemical used for the control of corrosion in the main machine, closed circuit heating and cooling circuits. It amorphizes the crystalline structure of the minerals that cause calcification by breaking their crystalline structure and allows them to be discharged. It reacts with dissolved oxygen and eliminates it, thus prevents oxygen-induced corrosion.
Method of Use :
Dosed into the expansion tank. The dosage amount is determined by monitoring the Nitrite level in the water. The ideal Nitrite rate in main machine water is 1000 - 2000 ppm. It is 1 kg per ton of water. It will increase by 150 ppm the Nitrite reserve in the environment.
Recommended Values for Main Machine Water :
Chloride : max. 50 ppm
pH : 8,2 – 10
Nitrite : 1000 – 2000 ppm
If the values of the water in your system are not within the recommended range, the values should be brought to the recommended range by adding to the system.
