Powdered chlorine

Powder chlorine used for disinfection in potable water, wastewater, outdoor swimming pools and cooling towers. 56% active chlorine content.

Method of Use:
It is dosed into wastewater, cooling towers and outdoor swimming pools manually or with a dosing pump. It is sufficient to add 10 - 15 gr to 1 ton of water for conditioning in wastewater tanks.  For swimming pool conditioning, it is sufficient to add 400 - 500 gr to 100 tons of water. Afterwards, regular free chlorine measurements are made and added again if necessary. It should never be mixed with chemicals containing acid. Protective gloves and equipment should be used during application.

Control Values:
Free chlorine (for swimming pools): 0,5 – 2 ppm
Free chlorine (for wastewater tanks): 0,5 – 5 ppm
