It is an alkaline based product used for cleaning cargo tanks, holds, bilge tanks, engine rooms, decks from vegetable, animal and mineral oils, sludge, carbon residues and soot residues. Product approved by the International Maritime Organization (IMO).
Method of use
It can be applied by brushing, pressurized spraying and circulation method. In pressurized spraying method, it can be diluted with water to a concentration of 2 - 10% depending on the density of the dirt. Approximately 15 m2 area is cleaned with 1 liter of product. In the circulation method, it can be diluted with water to a concentration of 2 - 10% depending on the density of the dirt. If necessary, it can be heated up to 50 - 60 °C. Protective gloves and mask should be used during application and the environment should be ventilated.
