An acidic powder product fort he cleaning of lime scale and mineral deposits formed on the seawater side of cooling systems, steam and hot water boilers, heat exchangers, evaporators and air coolers. It contains metal protective inhibitor. The damage to delicate metals such as zinc, aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized is minimized.
Method of Use:
5 - 10 kg powder is melted in 100 kg water and a solution is prepared. The prepared solution is applied by circulation or dipping methods. During the application, pH should be checked at frequent intervals and if the pH of the solution exceeds 3, powder should be added little by little until the pH reaches 1. Protective clothing, gloves, mask should be used during application and the environment should be ventilated.
