During metal processing, a significant friction occurs between the tool tip and the part, and the force required to overcome this friction is very high. If a liquid is used during the process, this liquid lubricates by forming a film layer between the tool tip and the part and allows the same work to be done with less force. At the same time, it keeps tool wear to a minimum as it reduces the friction between tool-chip and tool-workpiece, it minimizes tool wear and provides a smooth surface. By controlling the temperature of the cutting-grinding fluid tool and workpiece, it keeps distortion to a minimum. With its detergent feature, it removes the chips from the system and provides better surface smoothness.
Method of Use: It is a concentrated product. It can be diluted between 1% and 3%.
