AVR - 105 is an effective product used in mould release process in plastic injection moulding machines. It is resistant to +300°C high temperature. Does not stain on the mould. It is used as an anti-sticking agent in paper and textile industry. It can be used as a polisher on sliding plastic surfaces. Forms a homogenous and smooth film layer on the surface.
Method of Use: It can be used in the production of natural rubber, synthetic rubber, nitrile rubber, neoprene rubber, PP, HDPE, LDPE, PVC and different types of plastic parts. It is used by spraying directly on the application area.
