AVR – 106 - Silicone-free Mould Release Spray

AVR - 106 is a specially designed anti-adhesion spray for the purpose of easy separation of the produced part from the mould and high part quality in machines producing rubber and plastic parts. Forms a thin and transparent film layer on the mould surface. Facilitates material transfer. Allows quality tumbler printing. Resistant to high temperature.
Method of Use: It is used in the production of nitrile rubber, neoprene rubber, PP, HDPE, LDPE, PVC and different types of plastic tumbler .It is used by spraying directly on the application area.
