It removes welding, heat treatment stains, oxidation, pitting, light dirt and oils on the stainless steel surface in a single process and prepares the surface for passivation. Suitable for cold drawing AISI 304 - 316 - 321 and derivatives.
Method of Use :
Remove heavy dirt and grease from the surface with Avr Sol Frd. Mix the contents of the can until homogenous. Spray the mixture onto the surface with a hand sprayer or compressed air pump. At the end of the reaction time, the surface takes on a green color. Wash with 100 -150 Bar pressure clean water. Leave to dry on its own. Do not touch.
Warning : Do not apply under sunlight. Do not apply on very hot surfaces (25 °C). Wear goggles, gloves, apron etc. when applying. In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water. Ideal application ambient temperature 15 - 20°C. Extend the time in cold temperatures.
